10 Susurros del Corazón is a great resort for both solo or group (couples, friends, colleagues etc) trips. When coming alone last year they arranged my airport pickup and drop-off ahead of time. I’ve stayed here both as someone paying outright and by using hotel points and vouchers. Each time, i was treated properly. From the time i booked my (second) trip until after, i arrived the susurros team maintained meaningful conversation to help plan my itinerary by phone, text and email. This same level of friendly, attentive and meaningful conversation is provided throughout the stay. The staff is friendly without being chatty. The team at Susurros have provide an exceptional stay and thoughtful experience on my second stay! There is exceptional collaboration between team members who remain friendly, responsive and attentive. When a detail is missed, they go above abd beyond to resolve it. What has really stood out to me is hearing three employees talk about how Susurros is mindful of the locals and preserving the integrity of the natural environment. This is also evident in the design and layout. Even when inside, you can see nature in a way that makes you feel like you are outside. The greenery and general construction provides lots of shade. There is abundant sunlight and cool breeze, walking around, on the beach, at the pool, on the balcony. The beach is exceptional and the staff even more so. The food on the beach is delectable and appeals to every palette. The new beach grill (Wednesday and Sunday) is fun, tasty and has something for everyone! It is worth it. There are lots of ways to stay active and engage in fun activities. Susurros in general provides luxury with some down to earthiness that reminds me of my hone country The staff is also beyond accommodating when it comes to food. Again, i come here and feel like i’m transported back home. It is what will keep me coming back here alone and with loved ones. I also appreciate that i can walk the property and not have to wait for a golf cart or some such. This place is also family friendly. In fact, i have not heard or seen any child cry here!
Hands down, the best luxury resort experience in Punta de Mita. Simply put, Susurros del Corazon saved our honeymoon. We had initially booked at another 5 star hotel in Punta Mita and we were deeply disappointed — something to know about this quaint resort town, the hotel really makes it or breaks it for you since there’s not much else to do around here — so we left after a few days and came here in an attempt to salvage the last couple days of our honeymoon. As someone who’s spent most of her life/career in some of the world’s top hotels, when a hotel says they’re 5 star, I’ve got quite an eclectic basis for comparison, and Susurros deserves 6 stars. This is not an exaggeration, they simply execute everything perfectly and with such care and intention that you are at ease throughout your stay. The hotel grounds are immaculate, the staff (omg the amazing staff), the spa, the infinity pools, the private beach with white sands, the rooms, the bed, the linens, the turndown service, the food, the special touches here n there, the views, the attention to every single detail, everything (EVERYTHING) is exceptional here. I would not change a single thing from our stay at Susurros del Corazon. This will become our anniversary hotel, our take a break from LA hotel, our special occasion hotel — still trying to figure out when we can come back with our families and friends and we’ve barely left. If you’re looking for R&R at a true 5-star hotel and that real disconnect, this is your spot. Wish we stayed here longer, but we will be back. Special shout out to the incredible staff that made our stay so special and seamless from start to finish — especially our lovely “cuates” (your buddies at the resort that curate your stay) Manuel, Ana, Meg, and Estefania. Absolute gems, all of them! Especially Manuel who went above and beyond — I think he saw the pure exhaustion on my face when we arrived. The team here is the best of the best. Thank you all for making our final days in Mexico some of the best times of our lives — we are so grateful.
Amazing place, particularly as it's relatively easy to get to, but feels so exclusive and isolated (in a good way) while you're there. The beach is divine. I saw whales and surfers (you can paddle out and surf right from the beach), but personally mostly luxuriated on the always-available beach loungers, while attendants made sure I had cold water, shade, food and drinks, and even periodically brought random surprise treats around (fruit, popsicles, etc.) The private terrace of my cliff side ocean view was nearly as big as the room, which was well-appointed and comfortable, with sliding doors to the terrace. Food was incredible. I'm sensitive to spice but everything I had was wonderfully flavorful and never bland. If you're looking for a place to party, this may not be it, but for a perfectly relaxing, restorative, luxurious, delicious getaway, you can't get much better!
If I could give this place a 100/10 I would. We came to spend my birthday week here and it was truly the best hotel experience we have ever had, and we have been to many 5 star hotels. From the moment we were greeted at the airport for our transportation, to the warm and convenient welcome at the hotel that took us right to our room (no waiting at a desk to check in), the hospitality was unmatched. Our room was gorgeous, housekeeping staff was attentive and so kind, the hotel grounds were breathtaking and the food was incredible. I could go on and on but bottom line is we will definitely be back for my birthday next year. This is a perfectly curated hotel for relaxation and feel good moments with your loved ones. Kudos to the patient and kind staff who also helped us practice our spanish! Te apreciamos mucho :)

10 Susurros del Corazón is truly one of Punta Mita’s best-kept secrets. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was incredibly sweet, warm, and consistently positive. You can genuinely feel how hard they try to make you happy — every interaction felt thoughtful, attentive, and sincere. The property itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and feels peaceful and elevated without being overly formal or stiff. One of the biggest highlights was the beach. If you know Punta Mita, you know many beaches can be rocky — but here the beach is actually great, and noticeably better than several of the other nearby high-end resorts. The food was also excellent, and what really stood out is that the pricing felt reasonable for the level of hotel. It’s not “crazy expensive” the way some luxury hotels in Mexico can be, especially considering the quality and experience. And something I really appreciated: it actually feels like you’re in Mexico. So many luxury hotels in the area feel overly Americanized, to the point where you could honestly be anywhere — but Susurros still has that authentic Mexican warmth, style, and vibe that makes the experience feel special and rooted in the place. One small note for families: if you’re traveling with babies or little kids, the restaurants can sometimes take a little longer to bring food. That said, the hotel is clearly used to accommodating families — they even offer the option to preorder via WhatsApp, so your food can be ready when you arrive, which is a game changer when you’re on toddler time. Overall, a beautiful property with genuinely kind service, a great beach, and strong food — we would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury stay that still feels special and under-the-radar.
This property didn’t just meet our already high expectations, it exceeded them in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and we stayed in one of the residences which was absolutely gorgeous with huge sea views. The facilities were impeccable. Everything felt brand new and spotless, the pools were beautiful, and despite the hotel being close to full capacity, it rarely felt crowded. The beach was gorgeous and swimmable, and we saw a ton of whales right from our residence. The food was excellent throughout, but the poolside lunches were a particular standout — fresh, delicious, and perfectly suited to the setting. What truly set this property apart, though, the staff. They were genuine, warm, deeply caring, and consistently went above and beyond. We were traveling with our elderly parents, and the entire team made them feel comfortable, and genuinely looked after at every turn. It was evident that the staff weren’t just doing their jobs, they were sincerely invested in making our stay special. Special thanks to Vero, Uli and Julio who took great care of us. We left with a lifetime of memories and zero hesitation in saying this is one of the finest hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. We are so glad we chose to stay here.

10 We’ve been lucky enough to travel to some great destinations and luxury resorts over the last few years. This place however, far exceeded my expectations and offered so much more luxury than I could have ever imagined. We had never been to but heard wonderful things about the service at auberge resorts; nothing could have prepared me for the level of service this place had to offer. From the very moment we stepped on to the gorgeous resorts grounds we were met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service at the pool was something we’ve never seen…and something everyone should experience ( I won’t ruin the surprises ). Fantastic property and staff made this an unforgettable experience for us.

10 My first Auberge experience did not disappoint—it exceeded every expectation. I was eager to see if the resort lived up to the brand’s reputation, and from arrival to departure, everything was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Despite a busy few days with much of the management team on-site preparing for an expansion, the guest experience remained flawless. Food: Breakfast each morning was a delight, with stunning views and a variety of fresh pastries, local Mexican specialties, and familiar options for simpler tastes. Dinners at La Boquita and Casa Milpa were unforgettable—some of the best refined Mexican cuisine I’ve ever had. The cocktail program was excellent, and the bartenders were energetic, creative, and eager to craft something unique just for you. Every meal throughout our stay was consistently outstanding. Rooms: We stayed in a Garden Villa, which was spacious yet cozy and exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping visited twice daily for cleaning and turndown service, always seamlessly and without intrusion. Staff & Service: Service was impeccable. The staff were genuinely kind and responsive—requests made through WhatsApp were answered almost immediately. Poolside service was next-level; drinks arrived within minutes, even if you were still in the water. Attendants checked in regularly to adjust umbrellas, offer towels, or bring complimentary treats like fresh fruit, ceviche, and popsicles. A surprise poolside massage made it even harder to leave. Grounds: The property is lush, private, and beautifully maintained. With abundant greenery and an expansive layout, it never felt crowded despite being shared by private residences and resort guests. Spa: The spa facilities are serene and accessible to all guests, including saunas, steam rooms, and plunge pools. I highly recommend booking a treatment—the deep tissue massage was among the best I’ve ever had, anywhere in the world. From start to finish, this stay captured everything I’d hoped for in the Auberge experience—elegant, effortless, and memorable. I’m already dreaming of my return.
